The Regime of the Butcher Karimov Continues to Murder Members of Hizb ut Tahrir!

The Regime of the Butcher Karimov Continues to Murder Members of Hizb ut Tahrir!

martyrs were elevated to the Most High, who for long years were denied freedom by the repressive regime, the regime of the yahood Karimov who hates Islam and Muslims, for nothing other than that they worked with Hizb ut Tahrir for the return of the Islamic way of life,
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
"We belong to Allah and to Him we will return."
(Al-Baqara, 2:156)
One of them is Amanov Hameed Allah, from the city of Osh in Kyrgyzstan. The Uzbek security forces kidnapped him from there and imprisoned him, and then transferred him to the prisons of Uzbekistan, and deprived him of freedom by sentencing him to long years in prison.
Our brother was an example of piety and courage to the many other prisoners in the prisons of the criminal Karimov. Despite the oppression and torture that Hameed Allah experienced at the hands of the oppressive regime to discourage him from his beliefs and make him abandon his aim, like forbidding him from undertaking the most basic observances of worship like prayer and fasting, and  forbidding him from enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil; despite all that, he still carried out these acts fully and completely. And with his insistence on this he was an example for the other prisoners. The agents of the regime could not tolerate the courage and steadfastness of our brother and added another term to his sentence. Hameed Allah had carried out his first sentence in the Jaslik Prison that is known among the people as "who enters goes missing". And in 2007, under various accusations, a year and a half was added to his term, and he was transferred to a prison located in Zarafshan. After eight years of his sentence had passed, two additional years were added, and he was transferred to a prison in Bukhara. Then for the third time, a new term was added and he was sent to a prison in the city of Chirchiq in the state of Tashkent. And the fourth time they sent his family the following cable:
"The Judicial Department, which is entrusted with viewing and acting upon criminal acts, informs you that on April 13, 2013 Amanov Hameed Allah, who was convicted under Article 221 Section 2 Band "B" of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has passed away on 4/4/2013 due to a heart attack", and it was signed by the Justice of Criminal Acts in the town of Chirchiq, M. M. Othmanov. He sent the cable to Prison 33/64 in the city of Qarchi, and then it was sent to our brother's family signed by Z. Raushanov, the head of the prison in Kasan in the state of Qashqadaryo, to notify them of their son's death. It had been sent to reach them in the city of Osh on the same day, but the staff of the Interior Ministry in Kyrgyzstan deliberately delayed the cable from being sent to our brother's family with the excuse that they feared causing trouble.
And when our brother's relatives received the cable they headed to the city of Qarshi in Uzbekistan to receive the body of their son, and when they arrived at the prison, the warden informed them: "We have buried him here, because you were late in coming to receive the corpse."
The other martyr is Abdul Rahimov Mirgalem, from the city of Qarhasu in the state of Andijan. He was born in 1966 and had been imprisoned for his affiliation with Hizb ut Tahrir.
Abdul Rahimov, may Allah have mercy on him, had been afflicted with tuberculosis resulting from extremely poor prison conditions, in addition to the torture and inhumane treatment that the regime uses against prisoners for their adherence to Islam or their political activism to change the regime. Due to his poor health, Abdul Rahimov was sent to Sankard Hospital in Tashkent specialized for prisoners. When his condition worsened he was released from prison in April of 2013 in accordance with the court's decision that the state of his health did not allow for the completion of his prison term. He passed away ten days after his release from the hospital, on April 12, 2013.
It has been reported by Al-Hakim from Jabir that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
"سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، وَرَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَنَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ"
"The master of martyrs is Hamza bin Abdul-Muttalib and a man who stood to an oppressor ruler where he ordered him and forbade him so he (the ruler) killed him." (Haakim)
We ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى that He inspires patience, fortitude and solace in the families and relatives of these two brothers, and that He makes their status that of the master of martyrs, and that He gathers them with the Prophets, Companions, martyrs and the righteous. And such great companions they were. Ameen, Oh Lord of the Worlds.

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
