Security Services Support Putin in its Brutality in the War on Islam

In a large staff meeting of the Russian Interior Ministry on 9/3/2017, Vladimir Putin demanded from them to be tough on the war on (extremism and terrorism), adding that there is a need to actively work against those associated with global terrorist organizations. A week did not pass and yet the Interior Ministry in the Republic of Tatarstan rushed to hold a press conference and stated: "In a joint operation with the security services in Tatarstan, 15 leaders and activists in the terrorist organization Islamic Hizb ut Tahrir were arrested, the security forces carried out the operation on March 14th". In the press statement of the Interior Ministry it has been noted that 13  lawsuits were filed according to Article 205, Section 5, Part 1 and 2 of the Federal Constitution of Russia on "organizing and participating in the activities of a terrorist organization”.
We, in turn remind that in Kazan and in other regions of Tatarstan large scale inspections and wide arrests of Muslims who were accused of participating in the activities of Hizb ut Tahrir took place. The next day, the judge of Kazan detained: Azat Gataulin (born in 1974); Saber Zianov Zulfat (born in 1987);  Zialov Ilnar (born in 1980); Gabidulin Ruslan (born in 1984); Matiev Camille (born in 1980); Songatov Ruslan (born in 1977); Mu’min Janov Abdul Qahhar (born in 1978); Yamaliev Rustom (born in 1985); Sfilin Ilnaz, Kreyev Farid (born in 1965); Salah Aldinov Rustom (born in 1975); and Sergey Jerebelski (born in 1996); Jamaliev Marcel (born in 1982) who did not appear in court because he tried to escape from the fifth floor, when hiding from the unlawful chase, he fell and is now at the Intensive Care Unit after suffering a spine fracture.
The security services filmed their special operation and tried to show its brutality in action, to the president that they fulfilled what he requested from them. The Media Office of the Interior Ministry distributed the video which showed  gunmen  breaking  the doors of apartments of Muslims who were asleep, and it showed how they handcuffed their wrists, and when one of the detainees protested due the pain when they nearly broke his hand, they responded with offensive insults ... They brought  dogs to sniff cupboards in the kitchens, thinking they will find illegal items... this video  of the play ends with the security apparatus displaying Islamic books, notebooks, USB’s as evidence  of "terrorism" against our brothers, to convince people that the seized materials indicate "acting against the constitution by some of the nationals of the Republic.”
Most of the names on the list of political prisoners reflect the reality of the abuse perpetrated by the security forces against Muslims from Hizb ut Tahrir. It is known that most of the charges directed at members of Hizb ut Tahrir in any crime are on the basis of the Supreme Court's decision, which is unjustified, on the law which was issued in 2003 and put the party on the list of terrorist organizations.
Therefore, the crime of the security services against members of Hizb ut Tahrir has started to unravel slowly before the people. And it became obvious that the policy followed by Russia is against Islam.
Allah (swt) says:
“Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason” [Al-i-Imran: 118]

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
